Payment
Payment can only be made on the Site using the payment modules made available.
On our Site, we offer you the following payment methods: Collection, Bank transfer, Mastercard, Visa, Bancontact, iDEAL. For bank transfer payments, your order is prepared and shipped only after the payment has been received in our account, and the invoice is issued after receipt of payment.
In the case of payment by credit or debit card, the order is only complete and the contract between GLD and the Customer is only final when GLD obtains authorisation from the card issuer. GLD cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery and/or failure to deliver the Customer's order due to the Customer's card issuer refusing to process payment. Orders not accompanied by valid payment in the name of the cardholder are not accepted or processed.
GLD reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order or delivery in the event of an existing dispute.
Bank transfer
Bank transfer is offered at the last step of checkout. Your order is reserved and ships as soon as the payment reaches our account.
Large basket?
Bancontact payments can be declined above the daily limit set by your bank. For large baskets, prefer credit card or bank transfer.
